Operation Regulations of the Leisure & Activity Park



The activities of the park are complemented by an upgraded shaded outdoor area for resting and relaxing. It is a 500 sq.m. area with pick nick tables and seats where visitors of all ages can meet, unwind and enjoy the facilities.
Additionally, the Leisure and Activity park of Mare West offers a 300 sq.m. area for hosting outdoor events such as open air movies, plays and more.


Park Regulations

– Opening hours: Sunday – Thursday: 10.00 – 19.00 & Friday – Saturday: 10.00 – 20.00
– Free entrance
– The facilities owner and the certification body will not be held responsible for any accidents
– Smoking / steaming, alcohol and food consumption are prohibited on site
– Entering the facilities under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances is not permitted
– Pets are not allowed. Dogs accompanying people with special needs are allowed
– These premises are under Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) surveillance for safety reasons (Law 2472/1997)
– The owner of the premises in not liable for any loss or theft of objects
– The facilities will remain closed on days and hours with severe weather conditions (frost, rain, snow, heat) for safety reasons
– No actions that endanger the safety and physical integrity of the visitors as well as the functional integrity of the premises (vandalism, fire, use of explosive-fireworks etc.)
– Climbing is not permitted, except using the climbing wall
– We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who does not comply with the operation policy of the park. Visitors who do not comply with our policy will be asked to leave
– Selling productsor servces or conducting any promotional activities without the permission of the facility management office is not allowed
– The use of drones is prohibited for reasons of security and protection of personal data
– Follow the instructions for use of the premises and comply with the safety instructions of each activity posted inside the premises
– Keep the area clean



Skate Park

– The facilities owner and the certification body will not be held responsible for any accidents
– Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to use the facility
– Only those skateboarding or doing inline skating or BMX are allowed to use the ramps
– Smoking / steaming, alcohol and food consumption are prohibited on site
– The use of appropriate protective gear such as helmets, wrist, elbow and knee protectors is mandatory
– The use of the facility with inappropriate equipment such as regular road bikes or motor sport equipment is prohibited
– It is prohibited for anyone (even attendants) who is not skateboarding or doing inline skating or BMX to stay in the ramps of the facility
– Entering the facilities under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances is not permitted
– People with health issues are prohibited to use  the facility
– Motorized toys are not allowed
– Rolling surfaces and skate elements are not waiting areas and should be kept clean of objects such as broken glass, metals or any other potentially hazardous materials
– The facility will not be used in case of rain, frost or snow
– The construction company applied and implemented the safety requirements of European standard EN 14974: 2006 + A1: 2010 during the design and construction of this installation.
– The site signs are posted in accordance with European standard EN 14974: 2006 + A1: 2010.


Pump track

– The facilities owner and the certification body will not be held responsible for any accidents
– Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the facilities. The use of the track by minors is only permitted in the presence of their guardian
– Smoking / steaming, alcohol and food consumption are prohibited on site
– Mandatory use of protection equipment such as helmet, elbow and knee protectors
– The use of inappropriate equipment such as regular road bikes, motor sport equipment is not allowed in the facilities
– People who are not riding a bike (even attendants) are prohibited inside the track
– Entering the facilities under the influence of toxic substances or drugs, is not permitted
– People with health issues are prohibited to use the facility
– It is forbidden to use the track on any type of equipment other than bicycles
– Pedestrians are not allowed in the track while it is being used by bicycle riders
– Bicycle riders are prohibited to drive simultaneously in different directions
– The facility will not be used in case of rain, frost or snow
– Bicycles must be in excellent condition:
– The brakes should work properly and slow down the bike. Brakeless bicycles and coaster brakes are not permitted
– Bicycles equipped with accessories such as stand, baskets, racks, auxiliary wheels are not allowed
– We recommend that you remove reflectors, bell horns, lights from your bicycle during your visit at the premises
– The steering wheel, handlebars, saddle and clutch must be tight and in excellent condition


Climbing Wall

– The facilities owner and the certification body will not be held responsible for any accidents
– Children under the age of 6 are not allowed to use the facility. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised by their attendants throughout their visit
– Smoking / steaming, alcohol and food consumption are prohibited on site
– It is prohibited for anyone (even attendants) to stay in the fall area of the climbing wall
– Entering the facilities under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances is not permitted
– It is recommended to use special shoes suitable for climbing
– Climbing with glasses, sticks, or other objects is prohibited
– People with health issues are prohibited to use the facility
– It is forbidden for women to use the facility during pregnancy
